What is the HR Discussion?

This is a conversation with our HR team to align on internship details, clarify expectations, and ensure we're a good fit for each other. It's also your opportunity to ask questions about the program structure, benefits, and work culture.

Key Point:

By this stage, you've already impressed us technically. This round is about ensuring mutual expectations and understanding the practical aspects of the internship.

Internship Duration & Start Date

Duration: Typically 3-6 months
Flexibility: Can be adjusted based on your availability
Start Date: Discuss your earliest joining date
Notice Period: If applicable from college/previous commitment
