Hiring Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Skill Assessment & Profiling
- Analyze student learning data, assessments, and project performance
- Create comprehensive skill profiles for each student
- Identify student strengths, technical competencies, and soft skills
- Maintain updated skill matrix and competency records
- Track student progress and growth throughout the training program
Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with project teams to understand hiring requirements
- Document technical skills, experience levels, and team fit criteria
- Analyze project complexity and match with student capabilities
- Create detailed job requirement specifications for each project
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and skill demands
Talent Matching & Recommendation
- Match student profiles with appropriate project team requirements
- Recommend top candidates based on skills, interests, and team fit
- Present student learning data and achievements to hiring teams
- Facilitate introductions between students and project managers
- Provide data-driven insights for hiring decisions
Career Guidance & Placement
- Guide students on career paths based on their strengths
- Prepare students for project team interviews and assessments
- Coordinate placement activities and track success rates
- Gather feedback from project teams on placed students
- Continuously improve matching algorithms and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or technical recruiting
- Strong understanding of Full Stack technologies and development roles
- Experience with skill assessment frameworks and competency mapping
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret learning data and metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand both technical requirements and human potential
Nice to Have
- Experience in educational institutions or training academies
- Background in data analysis or people analytics
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS tools
- Understanding of Agile team structures and roles
- Previous experience matching freshers to project teams
