Roles & Responsibilities

Development

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, Next.js, and NestJS
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Build responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, and Bootstrap
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java/Spring Boot
  • Implement database schemas and queries using MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Work with version control systems (Git) and follow branching strategies

Learning & Growth

  • Participate in 3-month intensive Full Stack training program
  • Complete hands-on projects with real-world scenarios
  • Learn enterprise development patterns and architectural principles
  • Attend code reviews and implement feedback for improvement
  • Study and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in daily work
  • Document learnings and contribute to knowledge base

Collaboration

  • Participate actively in daily standups and sprint planning meetings
  • Collaborate with senior developers and mentors on project tasks
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and updates effectively
  • Contribute to team retrospectives with improvement suggestions
  • Support peers in problem-solving and knowledge sharing
  • Work with cross-functional teams on integrated solutions

Quality Assurance

  • Write unit tests for developed components and services
  • Perform manual testing to ensure functionality meets requirements
  • Use Postman for API testing and documentation
  • Learn and apply Selenium/Playwright for E2E testing
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
  • Follow code quality standards and participate in code reviews

Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (final year or recent graduate)
  • Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and OOP concepts
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
  • Eagerness to learn modern web technologies
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving attitude

Nice to Have

  • Personal projects or portfolio demonstrating coding skills
  • Knowledge of any frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue)
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with Git version control
  • Exposure to Java or Node.js
